Dr Roberta Szekeres is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist and has recently started her own private practice PsychINSPIRE at Superior Healthcare Holistic Health. Roberta has a doctorate in clinical psychology and has been working in a private group practice for several years with both adults and adolescents. Roberta is also a new staff member of Nirodah, which provides high quality school counselling services as well as programs that proactively address bullying and violent behaviour. Roberta is an empathic therapist who is very passionate about enhancing the well-being and growth of her clients. She aspires to a holistic and empowering approach to therapy and utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches to support people in a number of areas, including: anxiety, stress, and depression; relationship and parenting issues; anger management; alcohol and drug problems; grief and loss; coping with stressful life changes; confidence and self-esteem; and self-development. A Medicare rebate of $124.50 is available for people who have Mental Health Plan from a GP or psychiatrist, reducing your out of pocket expenses. A medical referral is not required to access this service. A reduced fee may also be discussed with the therapist for concession card holders or for those experiencing genuine financial hardship.
