Facilitating personal growth, development, clarity and self-understanding, it is my aim that we increase your sense of well-being. I work with the whole person and recognise you in context to your psychological, social and cultural life, looking at patterns and beliefs, helping you to find purpose and meaning. I offer non judgemental, private and confidential sessions, allowing you to work through your confusions and questions in your own time, while discovering your own answers, receiving a sense of integration and healing through understanding and strength. Combining a creative and intuitive approach to healing and development, I use techniques both experiential and practical providing support, invaluable to the healing process. Sessions are held at my consulting room in Armadale in a compassionate, professional and safe environment.
