We have hands on operational experience in training, operating and managing contact centres. We dont just teach and understand the theories, we have practical experience in managing staff in this often high-pressure environment. We have independent knowledge of a variety of technologies from multiple vendors, including ACD, IVR, workforce management, call recording, CTI, speech recognition, biometric verification, quality management, performance management, customer surveys, outbound diallers and speech analytics in both on-premise and hosted environments. We are totally independent. We do not sell technical solutions, neither do we have any commercial relationships with any technology vendor. We maintain a close awareness of many technology vendors which allows us to keep abreast of their products and developments, know who may have an appropriate solution to meet our client needs and know who to engage to ensure the solution is delivered as expected. We can provide customised training programs, including staff induction, call quality and customer service training programs. Built on our base courses, the programs are tailored for individual companies and use real-life scenarios for examples and role-plays. We are a full service recruitment consultancy but we only operate in contact centres and related industries. Rather than separate volume recruitment from executive recruitment which has been the traditional approach by many recruitment companies, we provide candidates at all levels from trainees to Managing Directors.
