It's about being smart about keeping things simple. It's an opportunity to decouple applications and infrastructure so both can easily change without affecting the other. It's about understanding how everything works, emergent design and knowing the best technologies to do the job. I've done packaging, sequencing and profiling since 2003. I've written in ASP, PHP, Django and Ruby on Rails; and deployed on IIS and Apache. I've deployed databases on MySQL, SQL Server, Sybase and Oracle. I know how apps work; I know what I'm looking for when I'm figuring out what an app needs to run at its' best; and I know the tools I need to find out what I need to know.</p> <p>I'm highly disciplined in consistent design and clear, concise documentation.
