With an abundance of natural light and a variety of dining areas including banquette seating overlooking Russell Street, Collins Kitchen seats 180 guests with two private dining rooms seating 14 and 10 guests, as well as a relaxing lounge area. Express Lunch sets are now available for quick and easy lunches. Designed for a 45 minute lunch, the sets are priced from $25 and showcase the different dining concepts. Collins Kitchen now offers a Sunday Brunch in buffet style showcasing the different concepts of the open kitchen, priced at $65 per person or $75 including a glass of sparkling wine.
