Vincent Sciglitano is the founder and owner of the Jimmi Jamz franchise. From humble beginnings in country Victoria in the early 1970â??s, he and his family owned and operated the first pizza shop in the area. From there Vincent proceeded to open twelve other venues throughout Melbourne and Sydney up until 2006. His inspiration behind building the Jimmi Jamz brand began in Sydney 2007 with his first concept store in Newtown, where he tried and tested and perfected this model over the next three years before taking it to the marketplace.
