Worst service I\'ve ever received, a horrible buying experience. I ordered a trike for my sons Christmas present on December 1 (stated in stock and usually ships in 24 hours)... 3 weeks later, 11 unanswered phone calls and multiple un responded emails and I am yet to receive. It\'s left me stuck, do I buy another trike and potentially end up with two, or do I wait and tell my 2 year old that Santa couldn\'t bring what he wanted.

Absolutely terrible service. One month after ordering the delivery still hasn\'t arrived. What\'s more, the phone rings out, they don\'t respond to emails and dont provide any form of confirmation or tracking details. Do not buy from this store.

Do not buy from this store they do not respond to emails and do not answer the phone. I found out the hard way that they are no longer trading but their website is still up and running and they take your money but the goods are never delivered

Don\'t deal with this lot. I have been ripped off. Ordered and paid for goods and then sent the wrong goods which were cheaper and not the correct item. Phone numbers are not connected so I can\'t complain direct. They don\'t answer emails.
