Cocoon offers children & adolescents between the ages of 7 to 16 years, an individual circuit training program specifically designed for them. They combine fun filled cardio & weights sessions to aid natural development & increase fitness levels. An additional session room provides group fitness classes & relaxation sessions. Our comprehensive management team includes a clinical psychologist & Qualified Gym Instructors who work together to interface with children & families in order to promote & encourage healthy lifestyle habits. Members will receive a comprehensive physical & psychological assessment to maximize the effectiveness of programming. A membership tag with the Cocoon logo will assist in providing a sense of belonging & support in children.
