As an experienced personal trainer with 5+ years experience, I have seen many new trainers come and go, most of them don't have a passion for the industry or the knowledge to really help you. When you pick a trainer they should be able to: ** Develop a calendar for you to show you when you will see your results - a lot of trainers can't do this because they simply don't know! This is why I am also able to provide you with before and after photos, I know you will see results. This will also help you budget. ** Treat you like an individual and help you develop food and exercise programs that you can maintain for life - not a "one fits all program". All of my clients have lost weight, toned up and are still maintaining years later - this is how you make a lifestyle change - most importantly, they couldn't be happier! which makes me happy :) ** Show you cooking ideas, recipes, planning techniques, efficient exercise programs and everything they know to help you stick with your plan. Not just give you an exercise program so that you have to rely on them for life! I am here to educate you and help you gain knowledge you will keep for life. I have invested a lot of time in my education to help everyone I come across. I have my Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, Certificate IV in fitness, Certificate III in personal training, experienced Kung-Fu and Tai Chi instructor and I am registered with Fitness Australia. But, words on a piece of paper don't mean anything unless you are passionate about the industry. It's difficult for me to explain everything you will gain without getting you come in for your FREE trial session.
