I am an outdoor trainer offering individual sessions, group sessions & BOOTCAMP. I specialise in Women's Fitness * Weight loss * Toning * Strength & fitness * Pre/post natal training * Mums & bubs I will specifically design each training session to cater to your individual needs so that we meet your goals faster. I offer flexible and affordable personal training and can train for 30mins, 45mins or 60 min session to fit in with your lifestyle. Services I provide are: 1:1 sessions from $30 for 30mins - for those who prefer 100% attention from their trainer. 2:1 sessions from $20pp for 30mins - train with a friend or partner & share the cost. Small group sessions from $20pp for 45mins -for those who enjoy the camaraderie of training in a group at a great price. Bootcamp - Weds @ 7pm for 1hr $13pp OR $40 per month Upfront. I have experienced being overweight myself and 6 yrs ago decided to change my life and went on a journey where I lost 20KGs over a period of 9 months, I found a passion for fitness and this drived me to change my career and become a certified Personal Trainer.
