Hi, i'm Rachel Burge & my passion is to help you, help yourself. To ignYte an awareness of personal power and to take ownership of your own life. I am a Certified Personal Trainer that takes a holistic (all encompassing) view to health and fitness. I am here to train you, motivate you, help you lose weight, increase your fitness levels, improve mood, boost your energy levels, tone your body & make YOU Stronger and Healthier then ever before! I will not tell you what to do, but will instead work together with you, treating you like a friend, educating and empowering you by offering the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals. I am a local Ballarat Mobile Personal Trainer offering sessions for one to five people and for all fitness levels. (Child Friendly) Your first session includes a Health and Fitness Assessment, Nutrition Advice and Goal Setting. All personal training sessions are 45 minutes in length and can be at any location you wish (Studio, Office, Home or Outdoors) I also run Women's Personal Training Classes for all fitness levels that are very friendly and full of fun: Tuesday & Thursday 6.30pm at the Mt Clear Primary School & Boxing sessions (Child Friendly) Saturday's 9am at the Mt Clear College Gym. Sessions are always different, FUN & guaranteed to make you sweat with focus on correct technique for injury prevention. Personal Training sessions & Classes includes the use of your own body weight along with the use of Lebert Equalizer Bars, Ropes, Tyres, Dumbells, Power Bands, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Kettlebells, Weight Plates, Sand Bags, Steps & i also include Boxing & Kick Boxing for fitness.
