My name is Cassie West and Iâ??m a fully qualified Personal Trainer, holding a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness and a current Senior First Aid Certificate. I have a warm and friendly personality, have been personal training for 2 years, boxing for 8 years and have always been passionate about keeping fit, training hard and leading a healthy lifestyle. Whether you are looking to get fit and back into shape, lose weight and tone up, get ripped and put on some serious muscle or just want to improve your general health and well-being, I am here to help you achieve your goals and support you every step of the way! Through my training experience of keeping fit, learning how to box, discovering how to eat a healthy and well-balanced diet and how to really make your nutritional plan work for you instead of hinder you from reaching your goals, I know what works, and what doesn't! We will be training OUTDOORS at one of the best spots in town, The Boulevard in Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039, overlooking the Maribyrnong River! We can meet outside the entrance of The Boathouse Cafe and walk down to one of the ovals. We will be training rain, hail or shine, however if there is a heavy lightening storm for safety reasons we will have to reschedule for another day. It is always best to be prepared and bring a hat and raincoat incase of wet weather, but after 5 minutes of warming up you'll be welcoming the rain!
