This program is fast becoming a worldwide sensation so step on up.... Its time to BOUND!! UBOUND is now on at 2 locations with 3 timeslots a week! Ongoing permanently you will be able to bound your butts off in the following classes: Arrabri Community House- Allambanan Drive, Bayswater North Monday nights at 6.30 pm Sportlink Vermont South - 2 Hanover Road, Vermont South Thursday nights at- 6.30pm Saturday morning at - 9.30 am The cost is $14 per session.
