Tae Kwon-Do is a Korean martial art mostly focused on striking the opponent through kicks, punches and other hand techniques. You will also learn how to escape from a number of holds and locks, as well as how to deliver them. Action Tae Kwon-Do Melbourne is different from many schools of Tae Kwon-Do because we are not focused on competition sparring like that seen in the Olympics ? our teaching is designed for effective, efficient self-defence and is focused on developing technique, strength, power and speed. As the Head Instructor, I have an unshakeable belief in the incredible potential that lies within each of us, and the capability of an action-packed martial arts school like Action Tae Kwon-Do to unleash this potential in ways you never thought possible.
