Proactive offers over 50 classes per week, with 10 specialist professional instructors, so there is no problem finding a class that perfectly fits your training goals. Our world class purpose built academy in Melbourne, is close to the ring road, airports, Thomastown & Keon Park train, as well as Dalton rd Bus services. A pro shop offer professional service and fit of safety training equipment as well as UFC apparel and Asics shoes. Proactive also specialise in self defence training to work places, schools, woman's groups, sporting clubs and individuals both at the academy and can come to you. Principal Instructor Rick O'Brien, has over 36 years training with an awesome team of hand picked instructors, that are passionate about coaching people to help you reach your personal best.
