Taekwondo, life changing skills!!! Taekwondo is a great sport its been around for over 2000 years old and initially started up for the military use for the Korean soldiers. Quite recently it has become an Olympic sport in the year 2000 and lucky for us it was at the Sydney Olympics, prior to that it was part of a demonstration team at the Korean Olympics. I started taekwondo back in High school at the age of 14 years of age because I was bullied, severely bullied, and in doing this was the greatest thing I have ever accomplished, made my life so much easier to live, I had built up over time the following: * Motivation * Confidence * Self Respect It really helped with life in general, it gave me a new look on life, I was able to start living comfortably and knowing how to defend myself with out having to use martial arts like the knowledge I was taught. * Fun * Fitness * Flexibility * Self confidence * Self motivation * meet new people & make new friends * Stop the bullying - Anti Bullying * Learning new skills - Opening Hours:
