Hung Fut kung fu is a Southern style of Martial arts that has a rich history and tradition. Formed over 300 years ago in the Shaolin temple in Southern China, it is a complete system of self defence and health maintenance. Regular practice of Hung Fut kung fu can improve your self defence skills as well as increase your flexibility, stamina, strength, balance and coordination. Training in Hung Fut kung fu involves all aspects of self defence, punching, kicking, grappling and joint locking, as well as practice with a variety of traditional Chinese weaponry for coordination and stamina. At present classes are available for students aged 15 years and over. Classes are kept small (under 10 students) and instructors have over 20 years experience in martial arts industry as well nationally accredited coaching qualifications.
