Choy Lay Fut is a traditional Chinese martial art with over 150 years of history. Kids classes are available on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings at Yarraville. Kids classes are fun, fitness orientated and structured to burn energy and teach discipline. SIfu Nick Lizos teaches at the Bentleigh East school and is a 5th generation Buck Sing disciple.
