Delta is an ancient form of martial art based on simplicity and relaxed power to overcome an opponent's force. It dates back to around 560BC created by the Spartans. Especially designed for women, it is refined and modified for real street situations. It is a unique martial art, ideal for women that want to learn how to defend themselves effectively, while building strong confidence. Apart from learning a practical martial art, students can relief daily stress and get fit through a mixture of isometric and power yoga exercises. Instructor Charlie Thomas is one out of only five instructors worldwide that teach Delta. Delta Combat System has branches in London, Los Angeles, Athens, Nicosia and now Melbourne.
