We aspire to create a supportive, safe, nurturing environment where everybody with their different fitness/health/wellness needs will be taken care of to the best of our abilities. We aspire to bring to our clients the highest quality services and cutting edge training techniques. Every training session is different and unique strengthening weakness, causing adaptive changes to the body quickly and efficiently. We are passionate about supporting people in these areas so we are constantly updating our skills as trainers and healthy lifestyle consultants. We offer personal training as well as Yoga and Pilates therapies. Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany. Pilates called his method Contrology because he believed that his method uses the mind to control the muscles. The Pilates method seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back. We cater for children as well and all the way through to older adults and their special needs.
