Your first Mukti Yoga class is complimentary. Mukti Yoga Preston specialises in working with the individual's needs, level of expertise, injuries, age and experience. As we work in small groups of 10 the classes enable an authentic enquiry into your practice as opposed to an experience of going to a large class and conforming to practice the way other students are practicing regardless of skill level, experience, age and health. Lisa Farinosi completed one of Australia's most comprehensive, intense 3 year teacher trainings with Prahlad Nadu at Yoga Arts Academy in a dynamic vinyasa form called Ghatastha Yoga. LIsa also completed a teacher training course at the sivananda ashram in Kerala back in 2003. Lisa runs retreats, workshops, personal tuition and open classes.
