Located in beautiful Gippsland Region, just 90 minutes from Melbourne and situated on 22 acres of bush land, Mira Mira is a collection of 3 self contained, 2 bedroom fantasy retreats where guests have an opportunity to 'Live in Art". Step outside the door of your private retreat and be serenaded by the local bird life. Let the peace and tranquillity of nature envelope, inspire and empower you. Choose to stay in The Cave, underground in the warmth of Mother Earth. Relax in a Japanese Zen Retreat set on a tranquil pond or in Tanglewood the enchanted retreat where you can truly be at one with nature and all its shapes and colours. Enter under the giant dragon that guards the gates and you come to our beautiful Function Centre Dragon Manor inspired by the traditional Bavarian castles of old Europe. In the unique style of Mira Mira, Dragon Manor is an ideal venue for weddings, parties, corporate functions, and other special events. Walk through the doors and be awestruck by the beauty and decadence of the painted ceiling in our Great Hall, complete with a Baroque Chapel gilded in gold and home to many a cherub. Through the Great Hall we have a 360 degrees projection room, The Dome, where all your favourite photos, home videos or any other imagery can be projected onto the walls. The projection room opens onto a wide and charming balcony overlooking our Priory Gardens with fantastic views and even better sunsets. Downstairs we have the famous Dungeon dining area which comfortably seats up to 110 guests and where we can cater for all tastes, no matter how diverse or particular.
