Select fencing came and quoted for a boundary fence - so far so good. However for the approx 5 weeks after the quote was accepted they gave me the run around on dates. Despite these guys actually having done a previous job for me, every time I spoke to them I got the feeling like we were speaking for the time. Enquiries for a job date resulted in the son telling me I\'d need to speak to his father and the father telling me he\'d need to speak to his son, before getting no follow up unless instigated by me. My neighbour is an owner\'s corporation and had requested to sight a copy of their public liability insurance. This was made clear to them in writing at the time the quote was accepted and repeated during serval follow up calls. 5 weeks later in the week I finally expected the job to be commence, they told me they didn\'t have any insurance and would decline the job. Needless to say - they don\'t come recommended.
