Do you want to have a natural labour and birth? Do you want to learn relaxation techniques that you can use during your labour? I can teach you how to do this. My name is Carolyn and I am a qualified Yoga teacher, mum of 2 and trainee Doula. I come to you and help you learn Yoga in the privacy of your own home covering things like: -Preparing your body for labour and birth. -Learn poses that can be used as birthing positions. -Learn relaxation techniques to use during your pregnancy and labour. -Offer pregnancy advice and guidance. All classes are tailor made to suit the individual and you will be provided with ongoing support for the duration of your pregnancy. You don't need to have done Yoga before as classes are designed for both beginner and experienced yogis alike. Classes can either be done by yourself or with your birthing partner and if you have other children at home they are more than welcome to be involved. All equipment provided. Class will last for 1 hour, however, length is flexible depending on your requirements and just how you feel on the day. - Additional Information:
