Helena Richardson-Collins is an artist based in Bendigo, Victoria. She produces art under the name runs Llanvair.H.R. Working in and across a variety of media, but with an emphasis on the use of silk, she creates pure works of painted art, and unique silk clothing as â??wearable artâ??. Helena Richardson-Collins displays her portfolio of work is displayed at her web site, and includes: Acrylics â?? one-off pieces inspired by the Australian landscape, and using paint-strokes to evoke movement and dance. Oils â?? generous brushstrokes create vibrant colour and texture. Prices range from $1,000-$5,000. Pieces may be commissioned. Silk Painting â?? landscape-inspired pieces conceived as aerial views.
