Sample Menu: *The Bunny - A mildly spiced fragrant Curry, packed with tender chunks of prime lamb and hearty vegetables, served in a hollowed out fresh baked crusty Cobb loaf. Vegetarian option is a delicate three bean curry bursting with fresh vegetables. *The Rolex- A free range egg omelette perfectly seasoned and packed with nutritious raw vegetables. Melted together onto a hot fresh flaky homemade chapatti, and rolled up The Rolex is a classic Ugandan street food. *Misr-Wat- A tangy red lentil stew made with berbere, which gives a delicious crisp sharp flavour to the beautiful lentils. Served with Injera, a light fluffy rolled up flatbread. Misr-Wat is a typical Ethiopian street food meal. Nutritious, filling and healthy, the lentils are mixed with berbere, a chilli based spice blend. *Sweet Potato wedges- Delicious crunchy sweet potato wedges, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Lightly spiced with our secret African blend, served with a cool refreshing yoghurt and lemon sauce.
