Had a wax at their store in Bundoora. Fair price but appalling quality of service. The treatment left a patch 50cm x 50cm red raw and it took weeks to recover. Needed extensive work with tweezers at home to clean up all the hairs that were missed. Emailed the lavishnailsandbeauty@hotmail.com to highlight the quality of service and did not even receive a reply. Extremely poor customer service. I will not return.
