My name is Liz and I have been a qualified Therapeutic & Relaxation Massage Therapist for approx 8 years.(MAA) I am also a Certified Infant massage instructor.(IMIS) I take group classes or private tuition, teaching parents the benefits and strokes for massaging their baby. I am happily married and a mother of two young children and I have a special interest in treating pre and post natal women as well as upper & lower back muscular pain and tightness, sprained wrist/tendonitis & carpel tunnel syndrome related injuries through CTR treatment. My business is based on the belief that my clients' needs are of the utmost importance. I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat customers and referrals. THERAPEUTIC / DEEP TISSUE / RELAXATION MASSAGE Massage has been found to improve circulation, joint range-of-motion and flexibility. It can reduce many common ailments such as stress, muscle tightness, aches and pains - even anxiety and depression. PREGNANCY MASSAGE (Pre & Post Natel) Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. INFANT MASSAGE PARENT COURSES Group parent classes are run over a four week period, one session per week with each class lasting for approx 1 hour. Massage techniques are taught in stages so that parents can practise at home and come back each week with any questions. The parent course is also available privately as an in-home? visit or in clinic/massage room etc. Private sessions cover the same course curriculum and are run over a two week period. i.e. two sessions per lesson.
