Services Full Body Relaxation Massage: This massage is one hour in total and uses swedish style soft tissue manipulation techniques to promote circulation, the relaxation of the mind and body, soothes muscle aches and encourages homeostasis. Areas massaged will include back, legs, arms, shoulders, neck and face (stomach can also be included and especially appropriate when digestive complaints are present). Oil used is Jojoba. Aromatherapy Massage: 15min consult & 60min full body Massage Massage is the same as the full body relaxation routine except completed with specialized aromatherapy blend. Before the massage, a 15-minute consult will determine what blend will suit your needs. This will then be created on the spot using 100% Pure Essential Oils and Jojoba or Grapeseed oil as the Carrier Oil. This personal blend can be custom made for you to purchase after the massage if desired. Pregnancy Massage: Pregnancy massage is adapted to suit the bodys needs through the different stages of pregnancy. As it is an adapted method and for medical reasons, the massage will not usually be any longer then 30mins in duration after the first trimester. The massage is completed in one of two positions depending on trimester and clients preference for comfort.
