All stud maternal sheep are run together so we can make comparisons. Chrome supplies Coopworth, Perendale, Chromedale and Poll Dorset rams. What we select for in Chrome Self-replacing maternals; moderate frame score, high fertility, eas of lambing, excellent mothering ability, worm tolerance, hogget joining with 100% conception, good carcase shape, white wool, black feet.
