Research suggests that electrical machines, tools or gadgets have short lived benefits (3-5 mins) if any benefit at all!Hot-packs may help relax spasmy muscle temporarily - we will advise if you should do this at home. Professional assessment and treatment: All of the physiotherapists have a professional university standard qualification as a minimum requirement. We operate as an evidence based practice, only using clinical approaches proven through research. Wide variety of techniques: Including Joint mobilisation, Joint manipulation "Click", Myofascial techniques, Trigger points, Anatomical Acupuncture (optional at no extra cost), exercise programs... Personalised programs: You won't just get a pre-printed hand-out. We consider your condition as well as your work, sports, hobbies and goals. Your rehabilitation plan revolves around your lifestyle. Ability to refer for X-rays and MRI: If we see the need, we can refer directly for X-rays or MRI.
