DO NOT GO TO ENVIROTUNE MANDURAH!! My father\'s hilux has a loud ticking noise coming from the engine. Keith Bartlett from ENVIROTUNE and Mandurah Towing was called to tow the car from my house back to my parents. When he got there he told my dad to let him take the car back to his workshop and he will have a diagnosis in 3 days. 3 days passed so I went in. The car had not been touched and Keith requested another 3 days. I rang after this period and still a spanner had not been near the car. At this point I started speaking with Brendan the workshop foreman who again asked for another few days and he would have a diagnosis. Time passed and numerous phonecalls in between for still no result. After two wasted weeks of hollow promises and blaintant lies I decided to pick the vehicle up. I rang early Thursday morning and informed them I would be picking up the car in the afternoon could they please ensure it was ready to be towed, I was assured by Brendan this wouldn\'t be a problem. At 3pm I arrived to find the vehicle in the carpark, bonnet up, all turbo piping removed, rocker cover removed exposing the head to the elements on a windy dusty day and all nuts and bolts all over the place. I piled all the bits and pieces into the back of the car and towed it home. The next morning I walk outside and notice a scratch on the drivers door, then another on the back panel and another on the front!! See pics. First thing this morning I went into ENVIROTUNE to try and get these repaired well Mr arrogance Keith was not entertaining that thought for a second. \"what do you think my mechanics walk around hitting cars with hammers?!\" was his ininitial response to me when shown the photos. He then called Brendan in for backup and between the two if them lied right to my face repeatedly. Brendan claimed to have done work on the car he didn\'t do, when asked how he undid certain bolts I had locktighted when they still remained locktighted stumped him severely and they proceeded to get arrogant and basically told me I was a liar and they were not willing to do anything. A yelling match proceeded where I was called various names and insulted predominantly by Keith who marched me out the door and told me to f@#k off. There\'s alot more I can say but hopefully this is enough to deter you from subjecting yourself and your vehicle to these substandard backyard mechanics who wouldn\'t know customer service if it slapped their faces. Look at the pics these are fresh marks and im no liar, all I wanted was my dad\'s vehicle repaired instead I got back a scratched and dented car with the motor in pieces. Disgraceful, all of you at ENVIROTUNE should be ashamed and as disgusted as I am. Amateurs!
