I am a Psychologist and Counsellor working in Gosnells Western Australia. Apart from the usual "fee for service" arrangements I can provide psychological services under Medicare (with a GP referral), as well as via Skype. My areas of interest and expertise include: * Adjustment issues * Anxiety * Alcohol and other Drugs (AOD) * Carer's issues * Depression * Domestic Violence (offenders in particular) * Family of Origin issues * Grief and Loss * Gay and Lesbian counselling * Self Esteem Recognising there is no "one-size-fits-all" method for assisting a client, I will use a variety of ways of working, taking into account the presenting issue, the client's circumstances or preference and anything else that may be relevant. Depending on the circumstances this may mean; * Mapping things out on a whiteboard; * Just listening to your story or simply being a "listening ear"; * Assisting with gaining a different perspective; * Practising or looking at alternative ways of interacting with others; * Looking at the "deeper" or "underlying" issues. With all of these activities, happening in a safe confidential setting. - Opening Hours:
