Sandy Therry has a Masters degree in Counselling from the University of Notre Dame. She also specialises in NLP, EFT and Inner Child Work. These modalities are extremely effective with depression and anxiety. Sandy is also a Relationship Coach. Every term of the school year Sandy runs her very popular, and effective, nine week Self Esteem and Boundaries Course. During this course, you will learn about: Family Roles and how to break them How to set clear Boundaries & say No Ways to diminish Your Inner Critic How to find your Authentic Self The Latest Research on Depression How to get along with different people of different personalities If you have trouble saying 'No' to family, colleagues or friends, then this course will help you.
