As I am a Physiotherapist, any injuries can be both treated and managed as part of meeting your specific fitness needs. You may also be able to claim your session under your health fund. MoveTrainGlow training sessions embody the following elements essential to healthy living: MOVE - Stretch tight, overactive muscle groups and strengthen your core muscles, in order to prevent injury, promote body symmetry and support your optimum health. TRAIN - Safe, high intensity workouts to reach your peak fitness levels and achieve the goals you pursue, whether that be in everyday life, or in sports performance. GLOW - The all-important inner and outer 'smile' of post-exercise euphoria, achievement and wellbeing. Exercise should be rewarding, fun and enjoyable. Sessions are booked directly via phone or email, and can be indoors or outdoors, "gentle stretchy" or "brutally impossible". All sessions are always tailored to your needs & requests. I will come to you! Private (one on one) or Buddy (two people) personal training sessions can be arranged to fit within your lifestyle. Group mat classes are run weekly, at various times.
