Crowther Building Design and Drafting is operated by Nicole and Rob Crowther. The friendly and fully qualified service is provided from our well equipped home office studio in Shoalwater, Western Australia. We are local to the Rockingham, Safety Bay, Kwinana and Mandurah areas. We are happy to consult anywhere in the Perth south metro area. We use the latest computer aided design software and can produce coloured, line, photo realistic and shaded views, as well as the standard 2 dimensional elevations and plans. This enables you to visualize your proposed new building in fully coloured 3 dimensional views if required. We provide the following professional services: Residential design and drafting services for those who require a new home, new house plans, an extension, addition or renovation. This can include all the necessary documentation for council approval and building license. We strictly adhere to all Western Australian building design codes. Energy assessment of commercial and residential buildings to help you design a more energy efficient building. Increasingly more stringent government legislation means solar passive and sustainable design principles are being adopted to design new homes and additions. Contract drafting (for example: architect, building designer, builder and draftsman) Commercial drafting Drawing rework (bring sub-standard drawings up to a useable level) 1287 We provide architectural drafting on: Medium to complex homes Small to medium commercial developments <3000 sq. M Sustainable housing We use Auto Cad 2009 and Revit 2009 for our drafting. We can also incorporate sustainable design principles if required.
