Our Building Design Team understands that families are short on time, which is why we come to your home or business and discuss your architecture and House Plans. Not only does our Perth company offer the concept design for your new home, but we also specialise in interior design and landscaping. Because we strive to take control of the entire Architectural, Approval and Building Construction process for our Perth customers, we at Aztec Architects handle all of the building code requirements, council and government approvals and relevant licenses and additional required information. We work with your local Council for Development Approvals and Building Licenses, ensuring you get the proper approvals in a timely fashion. We also procure Licensed Surveys and Energy Assessments as part of our service and Building License Compliance. Our Architect Team is more than happy to provide Cost Estimates as well, helping you to stay within budget during the Building Design and Construction process.
