Welcome to the charming Circa 1860 Ipswich View Homestead, just minutes away from historic Toodyay townsite. Set on nearly 7 acres, this popular Bed and Breakfast offers tranquility, warm hospitality and a homely atmosphere. The outlook is spectacular and upon arrival the first comment our guests make is "Wow, just look at that view!". Our Homestead offers five beautifully appointed rooms, all with their own ensuites - the ideal getaway for a romantic weekend, quality time with the family, or just winding down in a rural setting. Facilties also include a swimming pool, tennis court, outdoor sitting areas, barbecue, air conditioned rooms, a crackling fire on those cold winter evenings and a real home made country breakfast. Hosts Alan and Bonnie invite you to come and join us and experience it all. We guarantee you will join us as guests and leave as friends. You can enjoy the opportunity to stay at Ipswich View Homestead B&B at the following rates: 1. Queen Room With sitting room and optional TV for 2 Adults $130.00 per night 2. Green Room 2 Adults $120 per night 3. Love 'N Hart Room 2 Adults $120 per night 4. Touch of Blue Room 2 Adults $120 per night 5. Cottage Room 2 Adults $120 per night In all above rooms for single person, $90 per night. Children 5 yrs and under are free. Children 5 - 12 yrs are $30 per night providing they are in same room as parents. Extra person (over 12yrs) $50 per night in same room. Extra room is charged at same rate as adults.
