I feel sorry to who are currently build home with this builder, at first we thought we could move in to our new first dream home with in 12 weeks as what he has told us all the sweet talk and promise just try to make you fall into his trap. From the day he prepare the documents to council til now is been 8 months, our home haven\'t got toilets and tap ware on, don\'t mention the carpet and the rest of the floor, this builder claim extension of time ONE after ONE, always disappeared right after he claim, claim stage payment even before he start build a stage , if you not release payment he will get his lawyer send you notice saying you are breaching law and require full payment within 48 hours, at first we been dreaming how we decorate our first home now is totally ruined, paying rent and bank interests make us drop all the dreams. Don\'t even want to think about when is the house will finished building. Our house is not that big and special, everything we picked are standard , total are about 180m2 that\'s including a double garage, I really hope that government\'s department can look into this builder. He just destroying people life.
