Dr. Alan Chong

Dr Chong seemed ok when my son was in hospital, but once i saw him in his rooms, i was disappointed! He basically told me everything he already told me in the hospital, i asked for my sons pathology results, he didn’t know! He called the hospital, he waited on hold for few minutes then told me he was too busy and wanted me to call the hospital and tell them to call him with the results, isn’t that why you have a secretary???? I then called him back through the day and told him the hospital said its protocol for the dr to call not the patient. I also asked him for a letter of clearance for my son, he said that he would do this letter but because he was “doing me a favour “ in writing this letter, i had to pick it up after his lunch break. The then called me at the end of the day with my sons results, basically gave me the results and hung up as i was trying to say thank you for his care. I don’t think i will be returning to him with any of my children!

Dr Chong was my childhood specialist. I was in his care until I turned 21. He saved my life many times in hospital after being admitted with asthma. I owe my life to this incredible doctor.
