What a shit service. Hate these people from the core of my heart, I went to iContact Knoxville, they took my prescription wrong then they made the wrong glasses and when I complaint they abused me, I threaten them to take them to the court they reluctantly took the glasses back and then made them even worst. OH MY FUCKING GOD. I feel like hitting my head on the wall. these people are bad news, keep as far away as you can.

I went to iContact Hurstville. Very bad experience. We bought 2 sunglasses as a gift. The glasses didn’t fit, so we went to the store same day within 3 hours, just to exchange it. The lady straight away refused to exchange. $300 straight away waste. Very bad customer service. How can you guys cant exchange the product in a way it was bought. How can this type of policy be made??? Anyone reading this review please do not buy coz they don’t exchange. And the price is hogh compared to other stores.
