Not happy, every time we go to Pizza Hut mount isa it costs us a fortune to feed our family. But to be served half dead pizzas is beyond the joke

Got pizza hut last came home about to eat it opened thr box to find a live cockchroach in threw it away will never get pizza hut again

Belfield operator couldn\'t speak English, and couldn\'t understand!!! took half an hour to explain!!! and still he sent driver to wrong address. 1 1/2 hours later we got our order, and it was wrong!! never again!!! they need to be able to speak English to answer the phone.

I wanted to book a bus trip\' lunch at Pizza Hut but the 1300 no\'s on my mobile kept saying there is not Pizza hut in my area. I KNOW THAT. So how do I contact the one I want with out paying a fortune on my landline? Which is what I had to do. I will look for another place to go for lunch next time

Place an order at 4.50pm on 7/6/19 at the Carrum Downs store in Victoria. The money was taken from my credit card. 50 minutes later i call to see where it is and I\'m told they do not have my order or my money. She said i can take an order now i said no my order was taken 50 minutes ago if its on its way i want my money back as i have a hungry 5 yr old and cannot wait another hour for food. She says i dont have your money so i cant give it back. I asked for head offices number and she says i dont know their number and hangs up on me. Yes i will be getting my money back and no i will not order from them again. Absolutely terrible service.

received my order 25 minutes late and it was all stone cold called the store and was offered a free cheese pizza with my next order, The store manager will not call me back. sick of waiting as its been a week today if I do not get a response I will dispute credit card charge very unprofessional Potts Point store know wonder Dominos are killing it and your closing stores
