Service was interminably slow. When my big breakfast finally arrived it was cold and very average. Asked for a glass of water and was told they could not provide it, I was required to purchase bottled water! They said it was something to do with their plumbing, but if they cannot provide tap water, which they are required to under health regulations they should provide bottled at no charge. I observed them handling food with bare hands rather than with gloved hands and or tongs.
