Half Priced Granny Flats is a terrible building company it is spear headed by Simon Jardak and he will NEVER answer your phone, he will quote 39,000 as on their website and when you come to the contract charge you 96,000. He does a cheap and dodgy job. I would stay away from Simon Jardaks company and take caution of this man and his stupid contractors who never show up. I will be taking the company to court for my home being damaged and being charged 50,000$ EXTRA.
