Highly commend Justin and Josh at BWS Burwood NSW. Very professional and helpful after been given incorrect information when ordering online. Both gentlemen spent over 40 minutes on the phone to rectify the situation and gaining me the discount that I was entitled to. You will always have an excellent business if you continue to hire people of this calibre!

To whom it may concern can you please explain why BWS pemulway does not stock sofil anymore have asked manager several time said not getting it back it has been selling from this store for 1 year prior and been successful seller yet the manager will not order anymore have to travel to Wentworthville to purchase not happy.manager at Wentworthville told me he had been getting calls frequently from bws pemulway sending customers there way because they don’t stock several items.please explain?
