2 days ago I booked my car in for a simple puncture repair( has a slow leak) I made a time that was convenient to the store or 11.00 am on the Thursday ( today) I arrived at 10.55 and was met by a young fellow who said\" don\'t think we can do yours today one bloke is sick. The manager then saw me and said \" oh we can get to it in 20 mins\" that was an hour ago so I have given up in frustration and will risk the drive back to a real mechanical shop that provides reliable service
