I bought the most expensive bat from cricket bat store Australia (Champ Adge premium grade 1 English willow) for $299.99. They advertise that you get free stuff with the bat but upon delivery, I found not everything they said they will give for free was in the box. I raised this concern with them and they kept on saying \"we did send everything\". Now when I started knocking my bat, after lightly oiling and leaving it overnight, a crack started forming right in the middle of the bat. I took pictures of it requested a replacement by sending the pics to the store but they have cancelled my request without explanation.
