AVOID THIS DODGY GYM. NO COMMUNICATION & ETHICS. Extremely deceptive and unprofessional business. They told me there was no contract and I would be billed month by month to get me to come in and join. I said I didn\'t know how long I would be in Brisbane so needed to be able to leave anytime with a months notice. After charging my card for the swipe pass I was handed the \'agreement\' as they call it which clearly shows a minimum 18 month term. I told the sales rep I did not agree to this and would not be joining. He appeared to process a refund on the spot but I was charged this amount and then another withdrawal came off my account the following week. I have messaged on Facebook three times, emailed their website and tried to call them. Stay away from this dodgy, unprofessional gym there are much better in the area. I have reported them to Queensland Fair Trading. I will never consider Anytime Fitness again and recommend you think twice, their cheaper price is offset by their failure to communicate or care. Disgusting.
