WE HAVE TO CHASED YOU UP BECAUSE WE MOVED EVERYTHING SO THAT YOU CAN GET IT DONE MORE QUICKLY. WE CALLED YOU A COUPLE OF TIME AND TEXTED YOU MULTIPLE TIME BEFORE YOU TURNED UP AT 3:30 PM. ON NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCE YOUR APPOINTMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BUT WE GAVE YOU A CHANCE. 2. YOU EXPECTED ME TO STAY TO HELP YOU? I HAVE TO GO TO WORK AS WELL BUT IF YOU MAKE IT ON TIME I MIGHT STILL BE THERE. 3. THE ONLY THING THAT YOU HAVE TO MOVE IS THE BED AND CHEST OF DRAWER WHICH NORMALLY YOU WOULD HAVE TO DO AS WELL, YOU TOLD US OVER THE PHONE BEFORE WE BOOKED YOU THAT THE ONLY THING YOU DON\'T MOVE IS CUPBOARD WITH GLASS. 4. ONCE YOU ARE HERE, YOU WERE COUGHING AND COMPLAINING THAT YOU ARE SICKED AND TIRED. MY WIFE EVEN OFFER TO HELP WITH THE VACUUMING THE FLOOR. 5. WE HAVE VACUUMED THE FLOOR WITH OUR DYSON VACUUM BEFORE YOU GOT HERE SO ALL THE DUST AND ANYTHING LARGER THAN 5 CENT PIECE IS NOT HERE ANYMORE. WE HAVE TAKEN PICTURES WITH CLEAN EMPTY ROOM TO PROVE THAT WE MOVED EVERYTHING. ALL WE ASKED FOR IS STEAMED CLEAN. 6. AT 5:30 PM YOU ONLY HAVE 2 ROOMS DONE! AND PLANNING TO COMEBACK TOMORROW TO DO THE NEXT THREE ROOMS! SORRY SIR BUT WE DON\'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE ANOTHER DAY FOR YOU SO WE TOLD YOU NOT TO COME BACK. Redback Carpet Cleaning I got 2 done but the last job was one of the worst I\'ve seen since I began Carpet Cleaning in 2009. It took so long vacuuming the thing I stopped after the first 2 rooms because I knew it wouldn\'t all get done today. Take your time she said. I understand you\'re sick she said. I\'ll help if you like she said. She wanted to vacuum for me but I said no because the power head can only handle sucking up stuff no bigger than a 5 cent piece or the blades will get smashed and broken which would only cost me best part of $50 and I was already behind because she didn\'t mention the condition or that I would be moving King size beds, chest of drawers etc. Even after I turned up and her husband was there, said nothing and left. Extremely Sore and short of breath she points and says, we\'ll just move those around as you go which she had gone & pulled out from the wall for me to help, but that actually creates twice the workload. Need to move everything 4 times now instead of twice. After 3 hours I had the 2 rooms done. That was it and she thought it rude that I would want $70 for the 2 rooms today & $80 for the other 3 tomorrow being the $150 I\'d Quoted her She said dont worry abouit the other 3 how much? Stunned & annoyed now I said $150. You quoted $140 she said, and you could only do 2 rooms. Answered the phone. Sat outside several times doing nothing and you said you would move stuff. So why I should pay. I\'m getting tired of Asians thinking us aussies are worth sh%@ for our services in our own country. \"You quote $140 then it can\'t go above that\" she says. I said to her, Call an electrician & have him change a light switch and I can guarantee that once he walks in and sees this place you\'ll be paying more than his phone quote. In the end I got $60 for 3 painful hours. And the carpets cleaned up real well. Whatever that Filthy Brown Stinking Sludge crap that was smeared into it came out. I let myself get emotional and a little Quietly Vocal in my own defense because I was emptying the waste tank as it filled up so much because I was vacuuming for so long, and as for the phone, that\'s my bread & butter answering the phone.
