Have had many cleans done by Spick \'N\' Span Executive Cleaning Services on the Sunshine Coast. Very reliable and always happy with the work done.

Unable to obtain quote (KM - SPICK N SPAN COTTON TREE)/not advised from outset/oneflare contact referral/KM wouldn\'t give indication of pricing over phone - insistent on site inspection Various email, text and mobile phone discussions over a few days with KM from SPICK N SPAN COTTON TREE led to an inability to obtain a quote after the business was put forward as interested in the work, via ONEFLARE. I was advised just prior to availing myself for the \"site inspection and quote\" of the following: TEXT \"Hi felicity that was so good you sent the pic through. I honestly think you will need a specialist window cleaner as we don\'t have the ladders required for a job like that. So I won\'t head down Thanks kaz\" MY JOB DESCRIPTION: WINDOW CLEANING JOB Description: INTERIOR/EXTERNAL window cleaning Large 2 storey family home (so will need ladders etc) Caloundra Sunshine coast Where: Exterior of windows, Interior of windows, Window fly screens, Window tracks, Pool glass fence, Shower glass Frequency: Other Number of windows: 20+ Type: Residential I would have appreciated that ONEFLARE didn\'t put Spick n span forward for the work if they weren\'t capable/willing (i.e. better screening process?). I would have appreciated that spick n span advised me sooner or requested more information up front so that I was not inconvenienced. I will now commence the process of searching for a window cleaner quote again. Please note: no site inspection ever took place.
